Meet Veronica
I help people step into the best version of themselves through their mind, body, and spirit. As a Certified Health and Life Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and experienced healthcare professional, I support my clients with practical strategies and compassionate guidance to create meaningful, lasting change through health coaching and wellness coaching.
With over 30 years in healthcare as a Registered Dental Hygienist and Consultant, I’ve always been passionate about educating and empowering others. My approach, rooted in the belief that true transformation begins with health, aligns perfectly with life coaching principles. When we feel well, we live well—and from that place, everything else begins to align.
My own wellness journey began in college when I discovered yoga as a way to manage stress. That practice gave me clarity and resilience and planted the seed for what has become a lifelong dedication to health and personal growth. Whether working with patients in the dental chair or coaching clients one-on-one, I’ve always brought a holistic, heart-centered approach to supporting others.
As a coach, I partner with my clients to uncover their strengths, clarify their goals, and develop personalized, actionable plans. With equal parts accountability and encouragement, I walk beside them as they build the life they truly want—one that feels inspired, balanced, and fulfilling through wellness coaching.
Outside of my work, I live in Alpharetta, Georgia, with my husband. I’m a proud mom of young adult twins (a daughter and a son). I love practicing yoga, hiking, taking art classes, traveling, and spending time with the people who bring joy and meaning to my life.
